System Setup
This example illustrates every possible unit in a multi-test station installation. Interconnects in Green indicate the local network; interconnects in Blue are USB or RS232. Some instruments are shown using Ethernet, some RS232; this indicates the array of possibilities depending on requirements. The QC Analysis station exhibits the ability to evaluate test results across the enterprise. You don’t necessarily need a dedicated DB Server, that is a function of your requirements and infrastructure. The only limit to the number of test-stations is the infrastructure and space. The use of switch matrices is not show but could be included as well
